Ambleside Climbing Wall, Adventure Peaks (worldwide expeditions, courses and treks, online shop), Mountain Journeys (guided walks, mountain adventures), Mere Mountains (outdoor activities, adventure and team building), Hayley Webb Mountain Adventures, all in Ambleside. 

Treetop Trek and Treetop Nets at Brockhole, the Lake District Visitor Centre, located between Ambleside and Windermere.

Crags Adventures (climbing rocks, abseiling and ghyll scrambling), Lake District Activities (abseiling, canyoning, gorge scrambling, rock climbing and more), Lakeland Ascents (mountain guiding and instruction), Mountain Adventure Lake District (outdoor activities including ghyll scrambling and rock climbing), Windermere Outdoor Adventure Centre (canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing and more), all based in Windermere.
